“Our God is greater” is proclamation of this truth and acknowledgement of the fact our saviour jesus is leading us all the time. His love never fails on those who have trusted him. And it’s the fabric of the church that we are being lead by God the holy spirit and He is making us to come together, and allowing us to be joined as one body for his glorious appearance .

“Today’s worship was really special for me because I led worship for the first time in Church. The one thing I learnt from this experience is that God’s presence is more important than anything else in worship because worship is basically us talking with God, it’s not about how we sing, the music or how we speak. God knows us and knows our heart – we just have to surrender to his presence without allowing anything else (like work, exams, incidents from the week before etc) hindering our conversation with God.

2) Give Him all – all your hurts, worries & brokenness
-that we may be comforted by the spirit of the Lord
I Samuel 1:15 :Hannah was pouring out her soul to the Lord. She had been praying out of great anguish and grief.
3) Give Him all- all that the lord demands of you
Genesis 22 – God demands Abraham of Isaac. He wouldn’t have understood why God would demand Isaac of all things, he didn’t even try to understood.
-But in complete obedience and absolute faith he laid Isaac on the altar.
-When God demands of something very close to our hearts, he always gives in exchange something bigger and better according to His will
4) Give yourself entirely to do His will
Romans:12:2 – God’s will for us is good and perfect. We should be sure that all our ambitions, choices, deeds are governed by His will.
